Can you keep making worthless, retarded, and craptacular decisions till the end??

But how can Bush be prosecuted and convicted of murder if he personally did not kill anyone? Bugliosi asks, and then answers his own question: “…it is not necessary for a criminal defendant to have physically committed a murder to be guilty of it. For example, I convicted Charles Manson of the seven Tate-La Bianca murders even though he himself did not participate in any of the killings, nor was he present at the time.”

Interesting comparison. Bush and Manson– two twisted sociopaths who revel in death and destruction. But Bugliosi goes further: “I was able to obtain this conviction because of the vicarious liability rule of conspiracy, which provides that each member of a conspiracy is criminally responsible for all crimes committed by his coconspirators… Necessarily, (Bush) conspired with certain members of his inner circle, co-conspirators like Dick Cheney and Condoleezza Rice.”

That’s the ticket! Send them all up the river! The whole lot of them! Of course, the question immediately arises: If Bugliosi is so convinced a prosecuting attorney could get a conviction for murder against Bush and company, why hasn’t an attorney already brought charges against them?

It is OK to say good-bye to your place of worship of 20 years.  Those priests are preaching about things that are making headlines, which are OK too.  You’ll have a different address soon; you are on the road all the time anyway.  Good place to meet new citizens. 

All the priests are saying the same thing we hear on the ”news” channels, anyway, just with their religious-y spin on it.

If that wasn’t bad enough, your own “political-party” is NOT ready to completely support you, yet!  The old guard is still “in-charge”, either way you keep doing what you been doing, they are scared.   They could foul this one up!

There is one more issue that has not received much press because of the shockers above.  I am calling this story, Mr Obama Staying the Course.

A man who was out of touch when he was around 12 years ago, whom is evermore out touch today.  Mr Dole, do not judge Mr McClellan, without knowing all the facts!  His job was to speak for his bosses and the information they provide for him to speak of. 

Now as a citizen, he his informing all Americans what he went through.  He is even apologetic about his part in this corrupt administration and I commend him for it.  Mr Dole you’ll be 85 in July, go and enjoy your retirement drinking Pepsi-Cola, eating Dunkin’ Donuts and popping your Viagra (talk about greed).

Mr Roosevelt also produced change.  Thanks to his New Deal, the first phase (1933-34) attempted to provide recovery and relief from the Great Depression through programs of agricultural and business regulation, inflation, price stabilization, and public works.  The second phase of the New Deal (1935-41), while continuing with relief and recovery measures, provided for social and economic legislation to benefit the mass of working people. The New Deal that Mr Roosevelt and his Brain Trust came up with helped him get elected in 1932, while creating an extraordinary amount of change in our government. It was also created and implemented in a very short period of time and most still lasting to this day. 

Mr Obama can learn from Mr Roosevelt legacies which resulted in a huge political shift that has lasted, some say, to this day.  This political shift was called The New Deal Party System or The Fifth Party System.  The Sixth Party System in American politics could begin with November’s Presidential Election and Mr Obama winning.  

If Mrs Clinton keeps fighting for those ever important votes in Michigan and Florida, to capture the “popular vote title”, she could very well split from her party.  She did invest $11,425,000-of-her-own-dollars into this election.  I’d fight too if I had more total votes!  

This is our November match: Barr vs. Clinton vs. McCain vs. Nader vs. Obama for The President of The United States.

Lately, I have been in physical therapy for my lower back issue; coming along as expected, by the way.  During my 10 minute warm-up on the bike I read a quote book that they have called, “20,000 Quotes”.   I came upon this one by Ralph Waldo Emerson:

Here is the answer

It is true that financiers have enjoyed vast profits—and the vast salaries that go along with them (pay at American investment banks has been nearly ten times the national average). But the collapse of the credit bubble will bring that down. And despite all the disasters, there are signs of finance’s resilience. After 20 years of growth, the flaws of modern finance are painfully clear. Do not forget its strengths.
